Ingredients
500g Minced Steak
¼ Cup Grated Onion
2 Tablespoons Oil
½ Cup Uncooked White Rice
1 Can Tomato Soup
½ Cup Water
Salt and Pepper
Flour
Directions
- Mix steak, onion, rice, salt and pepper
- Form into small balls, roll in flour, fry in hot oil until light brown on all sides
- Mix soup and water, pour over balls, cover and simmer about 45 mins or until rice is tender
