Ingredients
4 green peppers
½ cup chopped raisins
500g minced steak
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon oil
Salt and pepper
Directions
- Put peppers in small saucepan, cover with cold water, boil 5 mins
- Remove, halve lengthwise and drain well
- Place in shallow baking dish
- Cook meat and onion in hot oil until browned
- Add raisins, salt and pepper
- Mix well and fill peppers
- Bake at 180° about 30 mins
